Does Blair not have a shower? Or does she have two bathrooms?! That would be a lot of effort for the aesthetic

I'm assuming it's detached. They may just not show it, or have built it on set to save money/space, or even to help get a clean shot.

Rich people don't generally have shower/bathtub combos.
It's possible there's both a shower and a bathtub in Blair's 'bedroom suite'.

You're probably right, I assume this is all a set. Those logical details being left out just for the "Marie Antoinette" aesthetic bothers me though!! Even Blair has to shower

My sisters master bedroom bathroom has a tub separate from the shower in the same bathroom, its pretty common in houses.

Well, having both shower and a bathtub in a bathroom isn't "pretty common" given how much plumbing and space that requires. And Blair doesn't have the 'master bedroom'.

I'd assume this is just a setting, so it only has a bath.
